Early Years & Childcare Licence Opportunity – Ardleigh Village Hall
Ardleigh Parish Council (as Sole Trustee of Ardleigh Village Hall) is excited to offer a licence opportunity for an Early Years childcare facility in North East Essex.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced childcare provider—either new or established—to run a high-quality pack-away day care service for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
What we’re looking for:
- Existing providers must hold an Ofsted rating of Good or Outstanding.
- New providers should demonstrate a clear plan for achieving these standards.
- Commitment to delivering funded early education entitlement (FEEE) places under contract with Essex County Council.
- Ability to provide a flexible, high-quality service for local families.
About the venue: Ardleigh Village Hall has a strong history of hosting a busy, term-time pre-school, serving families in Ardleigh and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to create a thriving early years setting.
