Updated November 2024

Final Stage for the Plan

Tendring District Council decided by resolution at Cabinet on 21 October 2024 to make the Ardleigh Neighbourhood Development Plan under Section 38A(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended). The Ardleigh Neighbourhood Development Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Tendring District.

Updated January 2024

Our Plan

The Neighbourhood Plan was made on 13 September 2024 following a referendum of residents with 86.5% in favour of the proposal.

Thanks to all the residents who have supported the process since we started working on it in late 2019.
